Survey prize draw – Terms and conditions

• This prize draw is open to individuals aged 16, 17, or 18, residing in Wales.
• To enter go https://tinyurl.com/v16survey and complete the survey by 23:59 by 14th August 2021.
• To enter the prize draw you must complete the compulsory fields in the survey and fill in your name and email address at the end of the survey.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions from the same person will not result in additional entries into the prize draw.
• No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete or lost entries or entries not received.
• Participation in the research is based on voluntary informed consent. Participants can withdraw their participation from the study without losing their entry into the prize draw.
• The closing date for the Prize Draw is 23:59 by 14th August 2021. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
• The winners will be selected at random. All entries will be put into a list, and a random number generator used to select the winning entries.
• The winners will receive one of the following prizes: 10 winners – a £50 shopping voucher.
• The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the survey closing date. It is the winner’s responsibility to provide a valid email address to receive the prize voucher. We require a winner to confirm, by way of email, acceptance of a prize.
• If a winner is not able to confirm acceptance of the prize within 10 working days of being contacted by email, an alternative winner will be selected and notified by email once the confirmation time period of five working days has passed.
• No cash alternatives will be available. We reserve the right to offer an alternative gift of similar specification and value should this be necessary.
• Any email address submitted by entrants will only be used for the purposes of running the prize draw, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their email address for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw.
• The prize draw is organised and administered by the Political Studies Association, Elizabeth Meehan Suite, Regent House — Unit 2, Pratt Mews, London, NW1 0AD.
• We reserve the right to amend the date of the prize draw accordingly.
• By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
